While growing up Johnny Jett dreamed of the day when he would become a professional wrestler.   It was during his service in the United States Air Force that his dream became reality.  Eight years ago, while attending an independent wrestling card in Arkansas, he met his future trainer "Wild Bill" Ash.  Ash began training Johnny and he was off and running, and the rest, you could say, is history.

Johnny has been named Rookie of the Year, Most Valuable Wrestler, and Most Popular Wrestler in various wrestling organizations in the midwest. Johnny has also held his share of tagteam and individual titles along the way.   Although Johnny is proud of his accomplishments he is not yet fully satisfied. He knows there are still many mountains to climb to be on top, and that true champions never stop improving.

Johnny has wrestled with and against such names as "Junkyard Dog", "Hacksaw" Butch Reed, One Man Gang, the "Iron Shiek", "Pistol" Pez Whatley, and too many more to mention at this time.   Johnny is very grateful to have the opportunity to work with WLW and its' founder, the legendary Harley Race. Johnny says; "If you're good enough to work for Harley Race, you're good enough to compete in any organization in the world".

The "All-American" Johnny Jett and his tagteam partner the Drill Instructor have their sights set on the WLW Tag Team Titles.Together they are an unstoppable force in WLW, so all competitors beware. They look at the ring as their "battlefield" andnobody can survive in the trenches with the "All-Americans".   Johnny also has hopes of holding the WLW Heavyweight  Title. Be it "Shiek" Stone or anyone else, you can guarantee, Johnny Jett is a force to be reckoned with in WLW.

This colorful and high-flying fan favorite loves kids and always has time for autographs, questions, or just conversation.         He also devotes significant amounts of time to non-profit charitable organizations such as Big Brothers, Big Sisters and the Make a Wish Foundation.    Johnny says; "It's the kids that make this all worth while, if it weren't for them it just wouldn't be fun."    He feels that all kids should be given the opportunity to learn about this great country and its' wonderful history. Who better to demonstrate those good old family values and what this country stands for than the "All-American" Johnny Jett.   He is not the biggest competitor, but his desire and will to win make him one of the most tenacious competitors in professional wrestling today.    Check the WLW schedule now to find out when you can see Johnny Jett in action near your town.
