Go Shiozaki is coming to World League Wrestling!
Written by Joe Timlin

Go Shiozaki

Since its inception in 1999, World League Wrestling (WLW) has brought the most talented wrestlers from around the world into towns across the Midwest. From Pro Wrestling NOAH'S Mitsuharu Misawa and Kenta Kobashi to WWE legend Mick Foley and superstar Trevor Murdoch, WLW always delivers non-stop action. No matter the hall, high school or community center you're watching WLW from, you're guaranteed to be at the edge of your seat witnessing the best professional wrestling has to offer.

Continuing with the tradition, WLW awaits the arrival of the next superstar to make his way to the organization, Pro Wrestling NOAH'S Go Shiozaki.

Shiozaki was trained by one of the most gifted athletes in the world, Kenta Kobashi and made his professional wrestling debut July 24, 2004 at Differ Ariake in Tokyo, Japan. His signature moves include the GO-FLASHER (Modified Final Cut), karate chop, moonsault press, and fisherman suplex. He has competed in the King of Europe Cup, the 2007 GHC Heavyweight Tag Team Title tournament league, and the 2007 Muga World Pro Wrestling Tournament. Shiozaki challenged Nigel McGuinness for the Ring of Honor (ROH) World Title January 20 at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo and looks forward to his next opportunity to step back into the ring for another chance at the ROH World Title.

Shiozaki will put his skills to the test for the first time in America, wrestling for both WLW and ROH. He will arrive in Eldon, Mo. at the end of February and will be assisting with training at the world-renowned Harley Race Wrestling Academy. He will stay in Missouri through the end of the Harley Race/Pro-Wrestling NOAH/WWE camp at the end of September. Shiozaki makes his debut Saturday, March 8 in El Dorado Springs, Mo., teaming with Brian Breaker.

Shiozaki stated that he has his eyes set on the WLW World Championship. Before he reaches that goal, he'll have to make his way through the WLW roster that includes some of the top rising stars in wrestling.

Don’t miss the U.S. debut of Go Shiozaki Saturday, March 8 in El Dorado Springs, Mo.
