Steve spent four years on the high school track team as a pole vaulter and two years on the football team. In 1991 he began professional wrestling in Florida at the age of 13 with his first professional match at 15 in Jennings, Louisiana against trainer Chief Little Bear. Steve credits Little Bear for his in ring skills, but also a great deal to "The Bullet" Bob Armstrong & Scott Armstrong. He then went on to compete in the 5th annual Shamrock Cup in the Maryland Championship Wrestling promotion where he made it to the finals. Steve has worked for many promotions throughout the South & Maryland. He has worked for ICW and has also had the opportunity to work several matches for WWE.

Anthony was discovered by WLW scouts during the 2007 Harley Race/Pro-
Wrestling NOAH camp and quickly became a popular fixture in WLW.
Before his popularity with the fans peaked, he sided with rulebreaker Marc Godeker to defeat Superstar Steve and Darin Waid for the WLW World Tag Team Titles. He has also had an impressive series of singles matches with Superstar Steve.
