        Krow Keesaman started his training in 1999 under the
instruction of 14 time Central States Champion Sonny
Myers in St. Joseph Mo.  Taught in the "old-school"
ways of his trainer, Krow has worked for many
different promotions throughout the area. 

         With a third degree black belt in Korean Hap-Ki-Do and
his wrestling training, Krow has pulled some amazing
upsets throughout his career.   Keesaman gained his
nickname from Sonny for his speed and aerial
abilities. He continues to do what he loves best and
proves an impressive scrapper in the ring.
