The number-one contender for the WLW Ladies Title, Milwaukee native Katie Syren has competed in athletics since she became a gymnast at age two. She participated in gymnastics for 10 years and also played softball and was on her high-school track and field team. On her nineteenth birthday, Syren attended her first live wrestling event. Soon thereafter, she began her career in wrestling as a manager and referee.

After being trained by Harley Race, Dinn T. Moore, & Darin Waid, the glamour girl stayed active, competing in the Midwest for WLW and in North Carolina, Tennessee, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois for other promotions. She soon climbed to the number-one contender’s spot for the WLW Ladies Title. Though Syren has not successfully unseated WLW Ladies Champion Christie Summers for the crown, she reminds fans, "I am a genuine gem of the wrestling ring" and says the championship will soon be hers.
